Bill,

I know you're not on staff at WB, however you have connections as the BD-50/Lossless audio debacle clearly demonstrates. So, would you care to pass on to those in charge that there are some hosers who would love a special 25th anniversary "Brew-Ray" (Beauty pun, eh!) of Strange Brew? Some suggested content would include:

*Remastered video (BD-50, of course) and lossless audio;
*A commentary by Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis in character as Bob and Doug. Their Took & Rutt commentary on "Brother Bear" shows that they still have it;
*Some classic Great White North shorts from SCTV;
*Bob and Doug McKenzie's Two-Four Anniversary Special. It's already been filmed in HD, so inclusion on a Blu-Ray would be easy;
*Theatrical Trailer;
*Audio bonus - The Strange Brew Soundtrack album. Long out of print. Needs an excuse to come into the digital age.

Just my $0.02. It may be too late in the year for this to happen, but I wanted to put this out there. Any other hosers want some Strange Blu?

I just bought the standard version. I'd buy it again though.

Well... as I know certain key catalog people monitor these boards, I think you just passed the request on yourself. ;)

Cool. Well, if they need a producer for the blu-ray, I'd gladly volunteer. Not that I know the first thing about blu-ray production... I am passionate about this movie though, eh!
