Icons moving (1 Viewer)

Hey all, just a quick question. My Icons all "move,jump" around on my desk top when i move my mouse over them! How do I stop this, it effects my whole system, internet slower and so on. I am running 98.

Yup, you have a virus.

This seems to be one of the more common ones that I see people having.
