I wish to import HP from Canada (2 questions) (1 Viewer)

I know there are plenty of threads on the HP DVD, but the search function is not respoding today. Please bear with me.

Is there a suggested Canadian e-tailer or two that has a good track record for customer service?

I read on one of the sites that HP has both a french DD5.1 track and english DD5.1 track. I am concerned about the video quality not being up to par with the US release. Should I be concerned.

As for the video quality, don't worry. The US release has a Spanish 5.1 track instead of the French 5.1 track. Same bitrate, same space.
