I Searched - Still Need Help - Budget DVD-V/DVD-A/SACD Player (1 Viewer)

I haven't shopped for a player figuring I would wait to do all of my upgrades together. I have DVD-A in my car and now I want a bodget player until I do a major upgrade.

Since I am purchasing a new unit I figure why not get an SACD player as not to limit myself.

A few questions...

Is there a decent player out there for ~$200 that handles DVD-V, DVD-A, and multi-channel SACD?

What would I need to spend to get a changer (5/6 disk)?

When searching in stores on my own, am I looking with DVD players or CD players? Seems like this is a bit of a crossover since they do both.

I did search, I still need some help. I am in the US. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure how easy to find or how good this player is, but Toshiba has a 5 disk changer that plays just about all formats including SACD & DVD-A for an MSRP of $149. Some of the Best Buy stores still have them for $119, model SD 6915.

The Toshiba unit had all sorts of problems, plus its bass management is poor. Unless you want the very bottom of the barrel (unusual in this case, as Toshiba has made some fine products), I'd stay away.
