does anyone know what this is
I just got my new dolby digital cable and when I change chanels and my receiver finds digital signal I get a pop in some of my speakers.
differant speakers each time and not on all chanels
for those who would like to know I have a B&K avr 507

Mike,

are you sure the popping didn't occur with your old digital cable too. This kind of noise is usually caused by the receiver/processor turning on the DACs.
