i just got done makeing my ports and one of them is a inch longer than the other i have dual flaired 4 inch ports one is 24 inches and the other is 25 inches is it ok ir should i cut the one down and put a culping or do i just take the average port lenth?

the different lengths will cause 2 different resonant frequencies,probably make it sound flabby.

With that small of a difference, I think it will be close enough not to matter. Can you give us some more details about your project?

i have a rough 250 leter sono tube that is befor you subtrct the ports and driver i have 2 flaried ports with flaires on bith ende with the total lenth of the ports is 24 and 25 inches with tunes them to 16.35 for the long and 16.65 in the short but that is with both tubes the same lenth. i am useing a tempest and the pe 250 wat plate amp and stuffing with 64 oz of polly fill

For peace of mind, cut the 25" port down to match other 24" port.
