I LOVE LUCY: SEASON TWO - AUGUST 31st, 2004 (1 Viewer)

I just got word from Gregg Oppenheimer, via the "I Love Lucy Yahoo Group" that Paramount has I Love Lucy: Season Two slated for an August 31st, 2004 release date. According to Gregg, Season Two will be considerably cheaper than Season One - thank goodness!! Its also nice to know that it will be a more compact size. I just hope that the bonus features will continue to be present on the next six seasons.

My favorite episode is with Superman (George Reeves). Last month channel 11 out here in So. Cal. broadcast it in HD...the print looked gorgeous!

Kinda spoiled it for me when watching Season 1 on DVD.

Thank God Paramount is releasing this as a
complete set and at a cheaper cost.

Let's hope the seasons come at a fairly rapid
pace. Getting all those Star Trek TOS episodes
out on DVD lasted longer than my puberty years.

Way to go Paramount! I'll be the first on line to buy.

Well I'm glad its coming just a little dissapointed that its in August when it was originally rumored for May. I was hoping for Season 3 by August or Sept. Hopefully this isn't going to be a 1 season per year series but anyways good news that its on the way.
