Radio Shack has some of there cable on clearance. I bought 7 "1M" Interlink 100 digital Coax cables for $8.97 each. Planning on using them for patch cable from my Pre/Pro to my new sunfire amp. Would there be any disadvantages to me using the digital coax rather than regular analog patch cable? Thanks! Shannon

The only thing different about the "digital coax" cable is that is is required to be made with something called "75 ohm coax". As long as you have matched wires for Left/Right, it should work fine.

Our big grip with Monster is the price, and some of the marketing hype. The quality is decent. I picked up an extra monster Optical cable for under $5 at my local Radio Shack.
