I saw "I Escaped From Devils Island" about 30 years ago on TV and thought it was really good, so I will be getting this Blu-Ray. Bit of an odd double bill though. "The Final Option" is known as "Who Dares Wins" in the UK. I have the UK Blu-Ray and unfortunately the PQ is not much better than DVD.

I watched "Devil's Island" on HBO in 1978 when I was a kid and haven't seen it since. It never even received a VHS release. Can't wait to revisit it in HD.

That is an odd pairing though. The only thing the two movies have in common in that they were released by United Artists in the US (well, MGM/UA in the case of "The Final Option"). I have the UK "Who Dares Wins" Blu-ray. I wonder if Shout! has licensed the rather good commentary track from that release.
