Are there any AFFORDABLE (within $300 or so) that feature:

Component Out (I know, but it had to be said)
DVI Out (Not a bare necessity, but would be very nice)
SACD and DVD-A capabilities
HDTV Upscaling

EDIT: Oh yeah, and progressive scan, but thats a DUH...

I think the Samsung 931 does all except SACD.

Is it possible for a DVD player to have HD-Upscaling w/out using DVI?

There are a few that upscale though componet. Do a search and youll find a number of threads on the lite on 2001 and Momotsu (sp?) players.
