It's back... the HTF pumpkin. Accompanied by its narrow, soul-less eyes and long sharp pumpkin teeth. Will it succeed this year in what is clearly its goal to devour the entire Home Theater Forum?
More sleepless nights ahead. Ron and Packy - I am afraid.

I'm sueing the HTF for emotional distress over this issue. I won't accept anything less than 6 figures as a settlement! (maybe I should try for 28 billion) [IMG]

I, for one, plan to boycott the pumpkin until my concerns are addressed. Firstly, sirs, the pumpkin is not in anamorphic widescreen, and the pumpkin, while scary enough, has not been provided to us in the appropriate 6.1 or 7.1 DTS-ES Discrete format. Shame on you, HTF.

For those of you who are new to the experience that is Home Theater Forum, it is an annual ritual for a member to post about how frightened he or she is by The Evil Pumpkin.

And consider yourself warned: Turkey-Knapp is even more frightening.

    Thank you.

I need a pumpkin that will chomp on my wife like that until she accepts the fact that we need to buy that new RPTV I'm after[IMG]
I just hope it wouldn't get carried away like Davids pumpkin, I would hate to explain to my kids why Mommy looks like pumpkin vomit [IMG]

Well, the HTF pumpkin inspired me to get my scary jack-o-lanterns out of storage. My two evil pumpkins are now adorning the landing of my stairwell to greet visitors, along with my 24" tall snarling rat, big hanging vampire bat, and gargoyle. [IMG]

I came home one night and my roommate was watching Halloween(the movie). My place was Pitch Black and the only thing that I could see when I walked into the Living room was the Jack-o-Lantern Paused on my Tv. It scared the Living Begeezus out of me.[IMG]
