HVAC and the HT (1 Viewer)

I'm just curious about the best way to run HVAC in a dedicated HT. I mean in my house right now anytime the HVAC clicks on you can hear it and you can hear the air blowing out of the vents. Are there special vents or a special unit that should be used in a dedicated HT? Also, what is the best way to run the HVAC ductwork and placement of vents?

If you use large vents (to reduce 'escape velocity' of the air) and the flexible, insulated ducting, I doubt you will hear air flow. I can't hear any noise from the system in my theater.
