Humidifier making my receiver buzz (1 Viewer)

My receiver developed a buzz about a month ago. It would come and go and was really starting to drive me nuts.

I narrowed it down to a humidifier that isn't even on the same circuit. Every time it's plugged in, it somehow interferes with my receiver.

I don't understand how it's possible. Weird, but maybe this will help other people who have developed the dreaded buzz.

It is possible.. I have found all sorts of similar experiences with various appliances causing one thing or another with displays and audio both.

Hmmmm......... this my help me with the buzz coming from the speakers on my Rotel 1056.
