Anyone know what ever happend to that Beavis and Butthead Collected Edition that was supposed to have all, or most of the episodes? I've been rewatching this show on MTV2(The only thing I watch on that network), and wouldn't mind having it on DVD...

Especially with some making of material on the series...

if you're talking about "The History of Beavis And Butt-Head" that was supposed to come out in October 2002, that was pulled from shelves hours before it was supposed to come out.

However, if you check ebay out, you can find plenty of sealed copies from Canada (was it released there?). Mike Judge ended up stating he's the one who cancelled the release because he felt the episodes Paramount compiled (none of which were released on the mid-90's VHS sets that became the Time Life DVD's) were not the best ones. However, as a B&B fan who already has all six Time Life discs, the Paramount disc serves as a nice companion piece, since there's no overlapping episodes. There were some mid-90's MTV commercials on there, and a Thanksgiving 1997 (right before the last episode aired) MTV special with Kurt Loder on the DVD.

It'll set you back a bit, but when I bought it, MTV-2 wasn't airing the reruns, so having the episodes on DVD made it so much cooler.
