Huck Finn & Jungle Book (1 Viewer)

I'm sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but do Disney's recent releases of The Adventures of Huck Finn and the live action Jungle Book have the films' original theatrical trailers. They're not listed on the cases, but I thought maybe they might still be in there. I remember the one for The Jungle Book being particularly good.

I'm not necessarily going to make a purchasing decision based on a trailer, but I was just curious.

I believe "Huck Finn" only has a featurette and a commentary, I guess not the original theatrical trailer.

No idea about The Jungle Book, since no one seems to have specs on that one.

I don't like the trend that Disney is no leaving off original theatrical trailers.

"The Jungle Book" (live action) has commentary, featurette and the trailer on it. It's a pretty good transfer.

I was wondering how the live action Jungle Book has held up. I loved it when I saw it in theaters, but I was only 12 or 13 at the time.

I had been wating for a DVD release of this one for a while now, and I guess it just slipped in under the radar.

Thanks for the help guys. I bought Jungle Book last night, and it does indeed have the trailer on it. I don't know why, but I really enjoy watching the trailer for a film after the fact to see how it was marketed.

Although it doesn't have much to do with the original novel (It's funny how the title is "Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book," and then later it says "Based on characters from Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book" ), it's still pretty good. Kind of in the tradition of old-school adventure movies, and a lot of fun.
