HTPC suggestions (1 Viewer)

Ok so I have this spare PC that I would like to use for a HTPC.
I also have a Toshiba 36" HDTV without a digital receiver yet.

I would like to take advantage of our broadcast HDTV we have available in our area.

The system is a XP2600 with 512 PC3200 DDR Ram /Dolby 5.1 sound/8X agp

What vid card should I use? (must use HDTV)

I also saw the Myth-TV thing that looked pretty cool.

I don't have cable as I spend that money on DVD's (several hundred in collection)

I would like as much functionality as possible as I will move this to my HT setup when I am happy with it

Budget to be determined but willing to pay what ever I need to.

myth TV is pretty cool.. My favorite so far is myHTPC.. http://www.myhtpc.net/ .. very nice low-cost front-end

Never thought about OTA HDTV. How can you tell if your area receives it?

For the Vid card the ATi Radeons produce great TV-out images via S-video and DVI if your TV is equipped. A 9800 is recommended to run the HD WM9 clips available here:
