Anyone have an idea on why i can't see the boot up screens on my Panny Native 720P Projector? When it gets to the Windows Screen is the 1st my projector detects a signal from my HTPC. I would like to update my BIOS but can't with it hooked upto my Projector.

Sounds like the projector doesn't support the 320x240 resolution that a typical computer boots up in. You may need to look into a secondary display. Maybe like a small touch panel or such that will have more use than just letting you watch the computer boot.

huh, Its a LCD projector and you would think that it would detect that resolution.

Can you select resolution in your BIOS? I think my asus starts up in 640x480, and your projector should support that.

Don't remember seeing a resolution in the Bios. I have a Gigabyte GA-K8NS-939 nVidia ultra motherboard.
