I picked it up -- not having seen it previously -- and I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it's gory, though arguably cartoon violence. But it actually has an interesting, even mildly provocative, storyline and twist. For folks who like bloody action -- especially those who also like conspiracy movies -- I highly recommend it. While I have not seen the other Universal Soldiers, save for snippets of the first, this most certainly has to be the best of the bunch, and one of the better recent films in its genre.

Oh, and the 3D is indeed good.

I just got around to watching my 3D blu ray of “Captain Marvel” and was really impressed by the 3D. A lot of depth of course, but especially impressed by flying sequences. On the menu screen, a jet seems to start behind a viewers head fly over you and get lost in the distance.

In what “Big Lots” do you find these 3D treasures? When ever I visit one in the Buffalo area, I find it only filled with crap like a flea market.

This was my experience at the one in Great Falls, MT.

I live in South Florida and I picked up about 10 3D titles at Big Lots for 5 bucks each. Mostly animated but a couple of live action.

They've had a lot of the Dreamworks Animation 3D titles for a while, along with a few other 3D's such as Para-Norman, The Amazing Spider-Man films, Immortals, Pixels, Walking with Dinosaurs, and Star Trek films. Haven't checked my store in the past couple of weeks, though.

Watched "Bait" today. Not much of a movie - though okay for its genre - but pretty good 3D.
