It's frustrating, but I'm in the camp that would rather have 3D than a couple extra speakers.

Captain Marvel 3D from UK has the IMAX ratios. Disney does it, so I'm not sure why Warner does not. Seems to be an odd conundrum of Warner: they're still supporting 3D with domestic releases, but are purposely downgrading the experience (non-IMAX, non-Atmos).

American studios work in mysterious ways. They are mystified when they offer less and charge more, and the customer does not like that.

Beginning to wish I hadn’t mentioned audio now, when an Atmos track is done properly it’s very immersive which goes hand in hand with 3D video, sadly most audio is mixed for soundbars and has low volume and missing bass these days.

Anyway I was planning on watching Shazam this afternoon but our 19 yr old Cat ‘Rosie hasn’t been well for a few days, we took her to the vet Saturday morning but it looks like we have to go back tomorrow morning :(.

I don’t think that’s true Martin. Sure some mixes, like Disney’s, are on the low volume side but most 5.1 mixes I think still sound terrific.

Yeah I didn't really mean that as a blanket reference to be honest, we watched the Incredibles yesterday and that was quite dynamic .

If only SHAZAM was worth watching gain; however, not even a 3D version makes the film worth a purchase.

Just watched The Queens corgi... go Ben Stassen and nWave for the 3D and lush colouring!, just imagine if Disney took over the storyline!l.

I won’t go into a review due to the initial political involvement!.

An animated show about a dog is political? I gotta say it, politics has gone to the dogs. :P I hope this gets to stay in.

If only the dogs ran things political, maybe we wouldn't have all the problems we're having now! :D

Still -- you know what'd happen. The Chihuahuas would make buddies with the Pit Bulls and make all the real dogs line up in a straight line -- yip yip yap yip yip yap yap yap ..................................... all day, all night, all week, all year yip yap yip yap yap yap yip yip.

Well I dismissed xXx Return of Xander Cage when it was released but picked it up and got around to watching it.
The story is nuts and stunts can look a bit silly but what an enjoyable fun watch! And the 3D was outstanding for the most part for me!!.

That's one of the 3D titles I picked up for super-cheap in England a couple months back - still haven't watched it, though!
