I love those things! (I call 'em "subtitle commentary tracks.") Some other appearances off the top of my head:

• 2-disc Fifth Element Ultimate Edition
• 2-disc The Professional Deluxe Edition
• All the 2-disc Star Trek movie special editions
• Final Fantasy (the commentary is actually in Japanese, but they include subtitles, so it's the same idea)
• House Of Flying Daggers (same deal as FF)
