Cinderella is a wonderful movie and a classic. It is not close to being my favorite Disney movie, but I appreciate the film on its own merits.

All of the Backstage Disney features were done well, but my personal favorite was the tribute to the Nine Old Men. As someone who loves the work of the Nine Old Men and the current generation of artists who participated in the discussion, this was an absolute joy to watch.

If Disc 1 space was an issue with regards to the balance of picture quality and bonus features, then the ESPN show should have gotten the boot in favor of a commentary track of some kind. Sleeping Beauty, Bambi, or Beauty and the Beast style would all have been fine with me.

I totally agree about the disappointment with the extras on the DVD. The movie itself was great. I would have liked some info on the restoration of the film, too.
