I remember when I bought the set I made sure it could show movies at 24fps ... however, I don't know if it converts them with 3:2 pulldown. If it is converting them with 3:2 pulldown, then that would explain it. I'll have to look into that, but I'm guessing you're probably right that the TV is converting 24 fps via 3:4 pulldown.

I got this off of Amazon USA, but was sent a chinese version from China. With a letter asking me to not tell on them when giving them a rating. As this was for a good cause. I still have not rated them. This was a few months ago. It has the TV show on it but the menus are all in Chinese & it starts out with Chinese subtitles every time I play it.
