How would this type of setup work for projector.... (1 Viewer)

I am looking at a house that has a really good sized basement for my HT. It is already finished, but would just need a little work.
The issue I see is that I have decided on a Panasonic AE700 for my projector, and I'm a little worried about the setup.
The basement is 25x15ft. There bulkheads that stick down about 10" at around the 12' point in the room. I suppose that I could ceiling mount the projector near the bulkheads, but I'm not sure what the best setup would be.
I'm a little worried that they will obstruct the path of the projector.

Dont worry that is where I mounted my projector right in front of the I beam. Our basements are very similar from the disception
