How would I best build up my Rhomboids? (1 Viewer)

My physio says that I've got much more muscle mass on my mid-back, than on my upper-back, and that I should do some Rhomboid work to achieve a better balance. Anybody know which exercises are the best for working the Rhomboids?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know the name of the exercise but the following works well too.

Grab a straight bar near the middle (hands almost touching each other, just small seperation). Put on very light weight, pull your hands up to your chest/chin area.

Try both exercises as well as this...

bent over fly's, like when you stand and do dumbell fly's, but instead bend over about and you will be using the back of the shoulder and upper back.
