How to stop LFEs from going downstairs? (1 Viewer)

I live in a flat and am deciding to buy the Sony SA-WM40 subwoofer soon.I'm just afraid that I'll disturb the neighbours.Even now with my mains which have built in 10' woofer,my friend who lives two floors below me knows when I'm watching the pod race sequence.Is there anything that I might be able to put under my subwoofer or mains to stop the bass from going downstairs.

I had the same problem, have a polk PSW 450 12" sub. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying a 16"x16"x2" slab of concrete for 2$. The neighbors dont complain anymore. I think the bass sounds tighter also. Works great.
