I finally bought NHT 2.5i's and now have a complete NHT speaker system

. I want to biamplify the 2.5i's but how can I split the sub out from my receiver and not lose any quality of the signal? I now use a Y adapter to split the signal to my subwoofer and my shakers but I'm concerned about splitting the signal any further to add two more woofers to that for a total of four. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tom

It does not degrade a signal divide it. The only thing that happens is a level reduction, which can be easily compensated for with the sub’s gain control.
Four splits is pretty much regarded as the limit, though.

I'm thinking of this AudioSource Amp Three . I can split the signal with a Y send it into the amp which has A or B or A and B speaker outputs. If I use both A and B it gives me 4 speaker outs and that would give me the four channels of amplification that I need. Does anyone see any problem with the scheme?

Splitting the sub out is really no different then splitting the mains just use a high quality splitter and you'll be fine. I just saw these new splitters that appear to be the cats ass of splitters

Now there's an interesting image to run through one's mind, Andrew.
