How to reset the lamp on Sharp XV-ZW99U projector (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know how to reset the lamp timer on the Sharp XV-ZW99U LCD projector? I have no manual and it doesn't seem to exist on the web anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hold adj down and vol - (minus) at the same time, while
Turning the main power, located on side panel, ON.
