I installed WEATHERBUG yesterday, but found out it doesnt work with canada, and its full of ads!

I try to uninstall it, but it has to go on the net to get access to a file. I have Firebird as my default browser, so not all the special funcionality of IE works. I want to make IE my default browser so i can uninstall this thing, i went into the TOOLS and checked "MAKE SURE IE IS THE DEFAULT BROWSER AT STARTUP" (something like that), but it doesnt check!

Any way to change it manually?

    Thanks

To make IE the default browser is fairly easy...

Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Set Program Access and Defaults (it's on the left side of the window) And go to custom... The rest is self-explanatory.

Of course, this is assumming you are using XP. I forget if this works with other versions of Windows.
