How to get your attention to get a simple answer? (1 Viewer)

When you watch "HD NET" in your widescreen display, Does your screen fill out entirely or there is a thing line on the left side of the screen from top to bottom? I have this problem and I would like to get your feedback to call for service if needed. There has to be somebody that can give me some information. Thank you.

In all my reading about HDnet, here and AVS Forums, I have never heard of your problem.

Try posting a question over at AVS Forums since they have more HD traffic. Also list your STB and TV because it could be a problem with either one. It may not be a problem, some STB's have adjustments available to move the picture slightly.
