How to convert PAL DVD to NTSC? (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to convert a friend's PAL DVD to NTSC for her. I’m doing this on a Mac. What's a good way to do it?

I have tried using Movavi Video Converter 6. It took several tries, but it has finally produced a folder containing several .vob files. These files seem to contain the “actual video content” of the original DVD. But the original DVD has a bunch of other files in its VIDEO_TS folder that the Movavi app did not reproduce. The output files of the Movavi app do not, in other words, constitute a “full” NTSC DVD. So, how could I actually create the intended DVD from the output of Movavi Video Converter 6?

Or should I go back to square one and use some other conversion software that would actually create an NTSC DVD for me?

There are plenty of players that will play PAL discs on an NTSC screen, and many HDTVs can display a PAL signal with no conversion at all.
