Anyone know the email address or ph number to call Universal about defective DVDs? The 3rd disc in my Battlestar Galactica Set is defective(dual layer side) containing episodes The Living Legend. I have 5 players including a drive in my PC and NONE will play it! And now its all but gone from BestBuy where I got it from, so Universal is my only shot. Hopefully someone can help me out, this is a very frustrating situation.
