How much should i pay for a good low hour, Panasonic Rp-82. I have a buddy who wants to get rid of his, but wants me to make him an offer. Im just curious to what you think is a fair offer.

You can get the Panasonic Rp-82 for a little more than $200 new. Since it's used, tell your friend $150 take it or leave it.

Yes, remember that sooner or later you will probably be replacing the spindle motor, so that will be an added cost down the road.
