I'm in the market for a new surround processor and the TAG McLaren AV32R seems to fit my needs nicely. I have however no idea what that unit is going for.
Furthermore I have read in the last issue of WSR that there will be a successor - the AV192R which will also feature a video processor/scaler?
How is the performance of the McLaren compared to more reasonably priced units?
    THANX

My understanding is that the AVR32R lists for about USD $4,500.
