hmm the links dont work when i click on them...
When I clicked those links my life flashed before my eyes, I felt lost, and the links don't work. I have seen it with HD-DVD. It isn't the brightest display, but does a descent job. There are deffinitely better 1080p tv's out there as well as upscaling ones that could also contend on a similar price level IMO.
seth, have any recommendations that I can buy at best buy?
See if they still have some of the Sony LCD HD monitors still there, they are pretty cheap next to their integrated LCD HDTV's. And with HDMI or component they look awesome. Since they started moving the HD-A1 around the store in my area I can ask them to connect it to other TV's to see how good they look, I would try that, remember the best buy employees have quota's they are supposed to meet on sales, so even though they don't get paid commision they will likely do everything but part the sea for you and not complain, at least I have never had them complain. I always blast them with knowledge in there, they just look at me and nod, they probably don't even know what I am talking about half the time. They are always telling me Blu-ray is the best, and I am saying to myself sure it is IF YOUR BLIND!
Sorry! I've updated those links.. was copying/pasting from an exact posting I made on audioreview last week Try again on my post above!
