how is the panasonic ct-32sx31?? (1 Viewer)

I was able to buy this TV this past week for $500. I know that it is a decent deal for a 32" flat screen, but how is this tv? I'm mostly going to be using it for DVD movies and watching tv, although i will also use it some for my ps2. I'm curious to see what you're opinion of this tv is, as i still have a few more days to return it if i chose to.
