Anyone had any experience in the Polk audio PSW12 powered subwoofer? How are they compare to the competition at the same price range of less then $400s. I was originally going to get either HSU STF-2 or SVS PB10-ISD but when I call POLK AUDIO for a driver replacement to DIY my broken PSW50. The rep inform me they no longer carry the driver for PWS50 as the product is more then 10 years old. However he will offer me their speciall accomendation price for customers like me for 55% off any subwoofer I like from their sites. The discount is too good to pass but I still prefer a qualify product. So, please give me some suggestion, thanks. Polk's subs are less than stellar for their MSRP prices, but at 55% off, the PSW12 would probably do quite well for you. I promise you, even the 505 will not touch the PB-10 in capability.
