I bought it new for $14.99...(gotta love KB!!)
Anyways,I bought it based on what I've read about it. I was just wondering if any of you have played it & what your impressions are.
    Thanks,
    Calvin

I only rented it, but I would JUMP onto it if I could find it for that price. To repeat above: Good, but hard.

For that price you got a steal of a deal.
I am an old fan of the Ghouls & Ghost series of Capcom games so this one has a bit of nostalgic appeal for me.
On its own I still think it is a very good game.
Nice graphics, cool power-ups, secrets to find, & a bit of humor.
It is at times very hard, usually due to camera problems.
In fact the camera is really my only complaint.
The control scheme essentially only lets you rotate it one way.
Sometimes your view gets blocked, & distances are often very hard to judge.
Other than that the game is great.
I like this game, I'm near the end, but currently need a break from it.
I hope you are a patient person! [IMG]

Not to flog a dead horse...

The frame rate is silky smooth, the polygons are nearly rock-solid, a very solid package overall. But damn, it's hard!
I had to put this one down for a while because I wasn't making any headway. It's not so much the gameplay itself, but the way the save game feature is set up. You can only save your game if 1) you have collected enough coins and are in the Hub world or 2)as one of three options when you beat a boss.
    Fun, but hard.

I'd call this game more frustrating than hard, but other than that I agree.

My local Blockbuster is one of those dinky in-store places and never have anything worth buying. [IMG]

It's worth checking, Jordan. Blockbuster had a deal with Capcom to for it be 'exclusive' through them for rent before its launch, which meant they've been left with way more spare copies of it than normal.

Ah! I had forgotten about that! Looks like I'll be driving to a larger BB to check it out! Thx, Brian!

    That's okay. I like challenges.
Anyways,at least here in RI the 50% off selected PS2 games is going on,so if anyone is looking for something, drop me a line...
