I am trying to build a HT System with around $700 budget...
I have read a lot of threads and this is what i got..

HK-125 refurb - soundcity.com - $200
JBL NSP1 II System - bhphotovideo.com - $200
Dayton 10" Sub - partsexpress.com - $150
LiteOn LVD-2002 - Already Ordered - $120

Any other suggestions or comments? or things I can improve on?

well now you need to hunt down a Radio Shack SPL meter and a calibration disc and give a little thought to how you're going to place your speakers in your room to get the most out of them.
