I am trying to build a HT System with around $700 budget...
I have read a lot of threads and this is what i got..

    HK-125 refurb - soundcity.com - $200
    JBL NSP1 II System - bhphotovideo.com - $200
    Dayton 10" Sub - partsexpress.com - $150
    LiteOn LVD-2002 - Already Ordered - $120

Any other suggestions or comments? or things I can improve on?

well now you need to hunt down a Radio Shack SPL meter and a calibration disc and give a little thought to how you're going to place your speakers in your room to get the most out of them.

Sounds great to me. Don't forget to calibrate the system.

Basics is for asking questions about home theater concepts and essentials, not for asking about specific models of equipment. Ergo, thread moved here.

So the AVR-125 will be sufficient to power the speakers?

It'll be more than enough power, don't worry about it.
