In general you want to be as precise as possible not the other way around.

WHAT ANNOYS ME ABOUT THE INTERNET? HOW ABOUT MESSAGES WRITTEN LIKE THIS?

IT'S EXTREMELY IRRITATING. EVERY TIME I READ ONE OF THESE POSTS, IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE IS YELLING INSIDE MY HEAD. IT'S LIKE WHEN THAT HIGH FREQUENCY "MOSQUITO" RINGTONE GIVES YOU A SPLITTING HEADACHE THAT SIMPLY WON'T GO AWAY. IT REALLY DRIVES ME CRAZY.

THERE ARE OTHER THINGS ABOUT THE INTERNET THAT ANNOY ME GREATLY, BUT THIS IS PROBABLY THE BIGGEST. HOW ABOUT YOU?

At my college they had run the internet for a long time without blocking a single thing. Then administrative decided to block the most interupting thing in the world, myspace. They didn't block porn or game sites, just myspace. They also make an effort to block tunnel sites that can route you to myspace. So far they have been unsuccessful in blocking myspace entirely, making the whole scheme to block it pointless, but at least they are trying.
