How do we get MGM to put out the Pink Panther series the way we want it? Can we get a petition going on this site? Is there an email for sombody at MGM that can give us an answer? Do we need to tell Blake Edwards to get off his ass and release it? This series demands a new release, and MGM and Blake Edwards would make at least 20 bucks off of it from me! heh heh. No really, they could make some serious cash if they would advertise it right. Anybody ever notice movies and cds that are rereleased or even released for the first time on dvd get overlooked by critics and the media? Tell MGM you demand better dvds!

IMO, there are several ways to try to get studios to listen to us (just remember that they might not listen to us).
You can start a petition. There are good petition sites out there. My favorite is http://www.petitiononline.com (this is the biggest petition site). Petitions may or may not work. It depends on the company.
You can contact MGM thru their site at http://www.mgm.com/help.do (they have a feedback form there)
You can write to MGM at (I found this info at http://www.switchboard.com):
    Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc
    2500 Broadway
    Santa Monica, CA 90404-3065

You could offer up the sum of money it will take them to produce the disc as collateral.

They're doing a Pink Panther remake, I'd say that's where your discs are

Online petitions do NOTHING anymore. 1000 signatures is as good as 1 snail mail letter. WRITE to them, CALL them, but I honestly don't think they'll be putting it out until the remake hits
