I just found out the copy of SE7EN that I bought two years ago is defective. Don't even remember where I bought it.

How can I get a replacement?

    It's a New Line Release.

    Regards,

It's probably easiest just to return it on WalMart

After two years, the onus is on you. If you had played the disc and detected the defect shortly after purchase, it would have been the retailer's responsibility to make things right.

    Jack,
Exactly. So I'm looking for a contact name, customer service address, etc. at New Line Cinema so I can return it to them for replacement.

Hi Tom, I just discovered my Boogie Nights Platinum, the first issue, has died on me and I'm looking for a New Line address as well. Did you ever find one? After four years, I don't think the retailer has any responsibility to replace, but I do believe that the manufacturer does, given that this is clearly a manufacturing problem.

I previously had a copy of the original Pulp Fiction go bad, and I sent that to the US address on the sleeve, they sent me a new sealed copy within four weeks, even though I am in the UK. I thought this was great customer service and wish to put New Line to the test. Especially if my copy of Se7en is going to go the same way.

Found this customer service number on an insert from one of my New Line DVDs. They are open from 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday PST. Hope this helps.
