I just moved and I need to remove a port from my SVS subwoofer. The only problem is that I can't lift it off. Can anyone give me some tips- besides steroids [IMG] Thanks in advance

Just give the cylinder a bear hug and pry the outer vertical edge of the metal ring around the outside of the grill upward with your fingertips. That metal ring is part of the grill. It helps to work a little bit at a time at various places around the perimeter at first. It'll make sense once you do it once.

I tried the bear hug thing for 1/2 hour. It did not work. I eventually used a screwdriver. It was stuck or something. Got the tune out and all is good. Thanks for the reply.

You could always e-mail SVS and ask them, they did make it.

Get a bunch of nice, ripe bananas, and wave them in front of his face. Be calm, and make no sudden movements.

What? oh -- sorry, I thought you said "gorilla." Never mind.
