I love salmon roe. I still haven't had a chance to taste real caviar (Black or Caspian Sea sturgeon roe) but maybe one day.

And of course a good salmon goes down very well with tasty lager. For close to many Finnish lagers that unfortunately are not available here, try Japanese Sapporo.
p.s. It's lax, not lox (swedish for salmon)
