Topic pretty much sums it up. In Win98 I used to just go to settings->taskbar & start menu->clear documents.

There is no clear documents in WinXP.

Anyone know how to clear it?

    Thanks.

Right click on your Taskbar. Click on Properties - Start Menu and then Customize. Then click on the Advanced Tab. You will see a Clear List button at the bottom of that page.

If you use the Recent Documents feature in the Start Menu right-click on the Start button and choose Properties. Click the Clear List button at the bottom of the dialog box.

Additionally, in the Start Menu Items box (middle of the same dialog box, scroll down to My Documents and choose the Display as a Link radio button.

Thanks guys. It appears I am blind because I was at that screen many times and did not see it. Maybe I should get to the eye doctor sometime soon [IMG]
