i've scanned the faq - it doesn't seem to say. how do i change the local time posted by the site? it's always wrong

Eric, click on "User Control Panel" at the top of any message board. Then click on "Edit Options" at top of the resulting pop-up window. Scroll down and you will see a section that allows you to set your local time.
