how do I access dvd-rom content? (1 Viewer)

Nope,the only things that happens is the regular "play the movie" menu comes up.?

I can think of two possibilities:

1. The DVD doesn't have any ROM content (you didn't list the title); or

2. You have a DVD player program installed that's preempting the installation of the ROM viewer.

I suppose a third possibility is that there are DVDs with ROM content that don't include the viewer software, but I haven't personally run across any.
