The DVD doesn't have any ROM content (you didn't list the title); or 2. You have a DVD player program installed that's preempting the installation of the ROM viewer. I suppose a third possibility is that there are DVDs with ROM content that don't include the viewer software, but I haven't personally run across any. M.
