Microsoft is driving me crazy with all the pop-up bubbles telling me I have new programs installed, some network drives didn't connect, register my password with ms messenger, etc. Is there a way to prevent these bubble messages? The thing where it highlights all newly installed programs is also annoying beyond just the bubble pop-up's, because I don't want to click on every item for the newly installed program, things like the uninstall I'd prefer not to click on! But I don't want the folder to remain highlighted and pop-ups reminding me I have new items installed constantly. Any ideas (other then disabling web content and switching to classic view)?
