Not utterly impossible, but not likely, either. Although both shows are on the same network, they aren't produced by the same studio and this creates complications for cross-overs, especially when it comes to syndication and home video. (See Law & Order and Homicide where each show has several episodes that either can't be shown in reruns or don't make much sense because the conclusion happens on another series that isn't part of the syndication package or on the DVDs. This was partially corrected ony after much negotiation, and then only by including the L&O episodes as part of bonus material on the Homicide complete series release.)
Most series cross-overs have been between shows airing on the same network that are also produced by the same studio. (Often starting with an episode of one series that was really a backdoor pilot for another. I think The Green Hornet was introduced in an episode of Batman, Mork and Mindy certainly began on Happy Days, and then there's the whole complicated series of "begats" from Norman Lear's various shows, starting with All in the Family and the similar if smaller list of series that MTM produced for CBS in the 70s.
