Fred Meyer is a department store chain (there is also a Fred Meyer Jewelers) that seems to be roughly comprable to a Target or K-Mart, at least to judge by their website. There aren't any in my neck of the woods, so I don't know anything more than that, but you can click on the link to enter your zip code and see if there are any in your area.

    Regards,

    Joe

While the rest of the store may be comparable to a K-mart, the food department is much more upscale: full deli, fresh sushi, fresh fish, etc.
