I never heard of bass shakers until recently. I have my eye on a pair of Aura shakers. Just wanted to know what I need to buy other than the shakers themselves. Do I need another amp (other than my Yamaha) or do they come with their own amp?
Does anyone have shakers hooked-up to your Sony SAWM40 sub?

You will need an external amp. Think of them (power wise) as another pair of 25W speakers or 50W if you are getting the 50W version. Buy an old receiver from ebay or something to use. You won't need much to get them going.
